Please be informed of a Singtel service interruption that occured between 1:38am to 1:45am, where Singtel began intermittently failing messages.
If you had a campaign sending messages using the single send mode at this time, please check your campaign logs to find out if your campaign was affected.

We have detected an issue due to increased failures affecting Singtel and Starhub recipients. Upon further investigation, we have confirmed that these are genuine failures related to specific recipients using Starhub and Singtel services.
